Ingredients

1oz Prospector Rye from Odd Society infused with Mystic Rainforest tea by Silk Road

1/2oz Blackberry Liqueur from Sheringhams

1/2oz Blackcurrent Simple Syrup from Frostbite

4 Drops General Ambrose’s Aromatic Bitters from Apothecary

1/4oz Lime Juice

1 Egg White

Method

To infuse your rye or whisky use about 1tsp tea for every 1cup of alcohol and leave to infuse for 10-30 minutes depending on how strong you want it. For the mystic rainforest tea I left it for about 10-15minutes because it is a very strong and flavourful tea, leaving it longer could result in more bitterness and tannins being extracted from the tea.

Add the lime juice and egg white to a shaker and give a quick shake until frothy, add in everything else and dry shake for 30 seconds. Throw in some ice and shake again for 30-45 seconds and strain into a coupe or any wide mouth glass. Garnish with edible gold stars or a few blueberries coated in simple syrup and rolled in white sugar.
