Coffee Creme Caramel Float

Ingredients

Foam

1oz Salted Caramel Infused Vodka (I just left a few salted caramels in 200ml of vodka until they dissolved)

1 Egg White

10z Caramelized Simple Syrup

Base

1 1/2 Cold Brew Coffee

1/4-1/2oz Caramelized Simple Syrup

1oz Depth Charge from Wayward

Method

For the foam add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds, add ice and shake again for 30-45seconds.

Mix all the base ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled, strain into your glass of choice. Very gently pour the foam over the back of a spoon to float it on top of your coffee mixture, garnish with a grating of dark chocolate
