Chocolate Velvet

Ingredients

1oz Domaine de Canton

1oz Dark Chocolate Vodka from Sheringham

2 Drops General Ambrose’s Aromatic Bitters from Apothecary Bitters

2 Drops Molé Bitters from Dillon’s Distillery

1 egg white 

Method

Place all ingredients into shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds, add ice and hard shake for another 30-45 seconds. Strain into a coup glass and garnish with dark chocolate and candied ginger.
