Ingredients

1oz Coconut Rum from Sons of Vancouver

1/2oz Blue Curacao from Sons of Vancouver

4 Drops Tiki Bitters from Apothecary Bitters ( think these were a part of their kickstarter so they can be substituted for Mrs.Betters Bitters Pineapple and Star anise or your favorite bitters)

3 oz Coconut Milk with Cream

1oz Passion Fruit Juice

1/4oz Honey

Method

Mix together a can of coconut milk with the cream on top and freeze in an ice cube tray. Once your cubes are frozen or mostly frozen add everything into a blender except the blue curacao and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a tall glass and drizzle the blue curacao over the top of the drink, it will add blue veining to the cocktail, this is optional you could add it in during the blending stage if you want. Garnish with a meringue cloud or a wheel of orange and enjoy!
